THE ARLEN STUDIO Rules

Our goal is to provide a calm, elevated space for all creatives. Please review the following guidelines before your session.

Booking & Time Use

  • Studio time begins and ends exactly as booked.

  • Please include setup and breakdown time within your reservation.

  • Late arrivals will not receive extended time.

  • Overtime may be billed at the standard hourly rate.

Respect the Space

  • Leave the studio in the same condition you found it.

  • Return all furniture, décor, and props to their original placement.

  • Dispose of trash and remove all personal items before departure.

Furniture & Props

  • Furniture may be moved gently and carefully.

  • Do not stand, jump, or place weight on furniture.

  • No attaching items to walls, ceilings, or floors without approval.

  • Glitter, confetti, paint, or any messy materials are not permitted.

Shoes, Food & Drinks

  • Clean shoes only on studio set floors.

  • No food or drinks near furniture or backdrops. - We have a snack area by the Kitchen

  • Water is permitted; please use spill-proof containers.

Children & Guests

  • Children must be supervised at all times.

  • The booking member is responsible for all guests and clients.

  • Please keep total guest count within booking guidelines.

Music & Noise

  • Music is welcome at a respectful volume.

  • Please be mindful of neighboring tenants.

Damages

  • Any damage to the studio, furniture, or décor will be billed to the booking member.

  • Report accidents immediately so we can address them properly.

Prohibited Activities

  • Smoking or vaping of any kind

  • Open flames or candles

  • Illegal activity of any kind

  • Pets unless pre-approved

Right to Refuse Service

The Arlen Studio reserves the right to end a session without refund if studio rules are violated or if behavior is unsafe or inappropriate.

What is included with my studio booking?

Your booking includes access to curated sets, furniture, natural light spaces, and common amenities. Equipment availability may vary.

Can I arrive early or stay late?

Access is limited strictly to your booked time. Early arrivals or late departures may result in additional charges.

Can I move furniture or sets?

Yes, as long as items are moved carefully and returned to their original placement before you leave.

Can I bring my own props or equipment?

Absolutely. Please ensure all items are removed at the end of your session.

Is lighting equipment included?

Lighting equipment availability varies by booking type. Please refer to your specific package details.

Can I host a workshop or event?

Workshops, classes, or events require prior approval and may require a separate booking.

What happens if something breaks?

Please notify us immediately. Accidents happen — transparency helps us handle things smoothly.

Is the studio insured?

The Arlen Studio carries general liability coverage; however, users are responsible for their own liability insurance and personal belongings.

Can I reschedule my booking?

Yes, with proper notice per your booking agreement. Late cancellations may result in forfeited hours.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not permitted unless pre-approved in writing.
